October/November/December
Our dear friends
We wish you God’s choicest blessings upon you, your family and loved ones from the bottom of our hearts. May you experience our wishes through the year in an abundant measure.
We are so very glad to be back with you once again in the New Year to tell you how God blessed the ever busy festive season of Christmas in a great way.
It brought great joy to see the children happily preparing for the Christmas season. Their 3 months of practice and hard work were put into action on Christmas day during the Christmas programme arranged for them. We had a 3 hour programme for the children with the kids performing many choreographs, songs, skits, and a nativity play. The most exciting moments were when each of them received gifts from Santa Claus. The children and all present were thrilled to view the colourful fireworks display in the sky for about 15 minutes. It was a glorious sight and most of the children viewed this for the first time.
We were able to provide the children with colourful traditional silk clothes for the girls and long pants and shirts for the boys with new shoes and all accessories. The girls were thrilled to have their faces made up by a professional beautician. The orphanage was well decorated with a beautiful Christmas tree, a manger set, colourful lights, streamers and stars etc.
We make sure that the children at the orphanage never miss out on anything that a child would otherwise have. Though the labour was very hard we were able to accomplish this with the help of our dedicated team of staff and by the Grace of God. We are glad and contented that we could provide a wonderful Christmas season for the kids and the staff
Sangita Community Work
On Dec 23rd one of our dreams came true. We were able to organize a Christmas program for the poor widows in the neighboring 10 villages. One hundred and fifty widows were present and some were not able to come as they were very old and some away from the villages. The gifts were sent to them
Each of them received a saree, a bed sheet and eatables. We shared with them why we love them and promised that we would help them in a regular manner in the New Year.
The present greatest need in these villages for the poor elderly people is to provide them with eye glasses. We plan to have an eye camp shortly whereby we will be able to help them able to see the things around them as they come close to their journey in life.
We need sponsors for this cause.
We have created a New Album in the “Photo Album” page. Please enjoy viewing the pictures.
At this time we acknowledge the fact that we are able to accomplish this much only by your support, prayers and well wishes from people like you. We look forward to your support to carry on this marvelous work in the future. We sincerely thank each one of you.
We love you all and remain grateful to you always
Grace and Paul Moses
